The Sui Builder House comes to the City of Light from July 18 through 19, the perfect venue to demonstrate Sui's groundbreaking technology. This midsummer Builder House follows our successful run that opened in Denver, then traveled around the Pacific, with stops in such cities as Seoul and Kyoto.

This instance of the Sui Builder House occurs at 3 Mazarium, in Paris' St. Germain neighborhood, where builders will present their projects, learn from their colleagues, and find opportunities within the Sui ecosystem. As we've established at previous Builder Houses, it's learn during the day, and network at night.

Register today before we hit capacity!

If you haven't confirmed your attendance yet, consider these 6 reasons to attend the Sui Builder House in Paris.

A Packed Schedule

Greg Siourounis, Managing Director of the Sui Foundation, will be on hand to introduce our summer hackathon's final demo event. In his role at the Foundation, Greg inspires and guides the initiatives that support and strengthen the Sui ecosystem.

Developers participating in the hackathon will demo their projects on July 18, the second day of the Builder House. With a prize pool totaling $285,000 and up to two months of work, we expect some impressive apps vying for the top prizes.

We have a double barrel of technical expertise with our keynote speakers, George Danezis, Mysten Labs co-founder and Chief Scientist, and Sam Blackshear, Mysten Labs co-founder and Chief Technology Officer. George is an expert in distributed systems and helped architect the Sui network's infrastructure. Sam invented the Move programming language and continues to evolve the language and its implementation on Sui. Both of these keynotes will give exceptional insight for builders on Sui.

Presentations, panels, and demonstrations from other members of the Sui community promise a rich and fascinating experience. We will get a look at critical infrastructure tools such as the Shinami Gas Station, a Web3 universal encryption layer, and Amazon AWS' support for Sui. Panel discussions will cover gaming and DeFi. And presenters will discuss the many unique characteristics of NFTs on Sui.

Along with the days' events, the evenings will feature an opening party at Alcazar's Balcony Bar, on July 18, and a closing night party hosted on a bateau, one of Paris' river boats, on the Seine. These events will let participants unwind after the day and find potential partners among the Sui community.

To celebrate the creative spirit of Paris, this Builder House will feature a special event, the creation of a mural onsite by the artist Thomas Lateur. Watch the mural come together over the two days of the Builder House, and look for a special NFT version to follow.
