Reference Gas Price
At genesis, the Testnet validators collectively established an initial reference gas price of 1000 MIST. The reference gas price will update as validators participate in the gas price survey throughout each epoch.

Stake Subsidies
1,000,000,000 SUI tokens are locked as stake subsidies. These are distributed starting in epoch 2, with 1,000,000 SUI distributed in each of the initial 10 epochs. Subsequently, the subsidy amount will fall by 10% and remain constant for the next 10 epochs. This pattern will repeat itself until all subsidies are unlocked and distributed.
