XOCIETY and Adidas Join Forces to Offer Limited Edition NFT skins

XOCIETY, an action-oriented game on Sui, is collaborating with adidas on a new drop, an NFT collection rewarding players with custom in-game skins. adidas, which began minting unique NFTs in late 2021, can now achieve a new vision in interactivity as XOCIETY players make their NFTs come to life in rich game environments featuring pop shooter action.

NDUS Interactive, the studio behind XOCIETY, calls the game a pop shooter with RPG elements, and uses the tagline "Shoot, Earn, Pioneer". Built on Unreal Engine 5, XOCIETY uses Sui's dynamic NFT technology, letting players own their avatars and items, providing an in-game asset experience unheard of in traditional gaming.

adidas and XOCIETY are creating a digital collectible in the form of 2,600 adidas x XOCIETY mystery box NFTs. Each contains adidas-themed skins with four rarity levels, from Uncommon to the ultra-exclusive First tier. In addition, the boxes contain an NFT authenticity certificate and XO, the ecosystem token for XOCIETY.

Each adidas x XOCIETY certificate includes an adidas-branded top, bottom, and sneakers. The Uncommon tier mystery box holds three skin sets, the Rare box holds four skin sets, and both the Epic and First tier boxes have all eight sets. Because these skins exist as owned NFTs, players can trade or sell them in the future.

The total supply for the NFT collection is capped at 2,600 units, split between two distinct box types. The adidas Pack, priced at $129.99, includes 2,000 units, while the Partner Pack, offered at a discounted rate of $89.99, is limited to just 500 units, with the final 100 going into XOCIETY reserves.

The mystery box NFTs will be exclusively minted at Tradeport, with two allowlist groups able to mint from May 14 at1 pm to May 15, 1 pm (UTC) and available to the general public on May 16 at 1pm UTC. Sales end on May 23.
