Over forty projects registered for the contest held during Sui Builder House Hong Kong, and 28 shortlisted teams gave five minute demos of both new and established projects building on Sui in front of ~200 attendees made up of developers, founders, community builders, VCs, and expert judges. Demos were separated into four primary tracks: - NFT & Gaming - Infrastructure & Dev Tooling - DID, Governance & Social - DeFi & Payment # Meet the Winners A first, second, and third place Audience Favorite and Judge’s Choice winner were announced for each of four tracks, for a combined $50K in prizes. Judges evaluated presentations based on the project, its concept, implementation, usability, and contribution to the Sui ecosystem, as well as the quality and content of the pitch itself. The judges were Jenny Cheng (Animoca Ventures), Jeffrey Hu (HashKey Capital), Ming Ng (Tribe), Lorenzo Daffina (Jump), and Allen Zhao (Bixin Ventures). Demo Day attendees voted for their favorite projects through anonymous ranked preference voting, choosing three projects per primary track. ## NFT & Gaming ### 1st place, Judge’s Choice and Audience Favorite [Suia](https://suia.io/) Suia.io is a social application built on Sui, which aims to create an open community through digital asset ownership. ### 2nd place, Judge’s Choice and 3rd place, Audience Favorite [Web3 MUD Ex](https://github.com/NonceGeek/web3_mud_ex) Web3 MUD Ex is a Web3 MUD game framework and DAO tooling using the Elixir language. It can automatically generate a text-based game world called MUDverse that supports Sui contract plugins, based on the existing structure of the DAO organization. ### 3rd place, Judge’s Choice [Backrooms](https://backrooms.space/) Backrooms is an immersive escape room game made with UE5.1 and ChatGPT. ### 2nd place, Audience Favorite [StarryNift](https://starrynift.art/) StarryNift is a gamified metaverse co-creation platform, bringing you immersive 3D virtual experiences where you can play, create, and socialize. ## Infrastructure & Dev Tooling ### 1st place, Judge’s Choice and Audience Favorite [Sui Move Analyzer](https://blog.sui.io/move-analyzer-tutorial/) The Sui Move Analyzer is a Visual Studio Code plugin developed by MoveBit.
